In addition to Nesjar IF, 43 other teams played in Jenter 13 (født 2008). They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Nesjar IF could be found in Group D together with Bryne Håndballklubb GRÅ, Våg IK 2 and Hisøy IL.
Nesjar IF made it to Sluttspill A after reaching 1:st place in Group D. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Grane Arendal, IK with 4-8.
