In addition to Hisøy IL, 43 other teams played in Jenter 13 (født 2008). They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Hisøy IL could be found in Group D together with Nesjar IF, Bryne Håndballklubb GRÅ and Våg IK 2.

Hisøy IL continued to Sluttspill B after reaching 4:th place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Sandar IL with 3-5. In the Final, Greipstad IL Blå won over Sandar IL and became the winner of Sluttspill B in Jenter 13 (født 2008).
